1.  参数类型:字符型
2.  语法: PARALLEL_MIN_TIME_THRESHOLD = { AUTO | integer }
3.  默认值:AUTO
3.  修改:修改不需要重启数据库 
5.  基本参数:否

**取值意义**

该值决定一个查询需要大于多长时间才会考虑使用自动并行度

自动并行度只有在PARALLEL_DEGREE_POLICY参数设定为AUTO或LIMITED时才启用
